McBee's Exclusive Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty:

We will repair or replace all comfort system components on Trane: air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, programmable thermostats and electronic air cleaners in the event of failure for the life of the equipment (call for qualifying models). All we require is that you participate in McBee's annual maintenance program on the covered equipment to ensure peak performance and maximum operating efficiency. 

Our Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty is backed by a surety bond and has been approved and is on file with the State of Oklahoma, Office of the Insurance Commissioner. 


In addition to the Lifetime Warranty program, we offer the following Lemon and Performance Guarantees
on all new Trane comfort systems: 

Lemon Guarantee on Gas Furnaces:  
If the heat exchange fails on your new furnace within five (5) years of installation, we will replace the entire furnace absolutely FREE. 

Lemon Guarantee on Air Conditioners: 
If the compressor fails on your new air conditioner or heat pump within five (5) years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit absolutely FREE.

5-Year Money Back Guarantee:
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to five (5) years after installation, McBee will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.

5-Year Performance Guarantee:
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to five (5) years after installation, McBee will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. And, if we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, McBee will replace the system with a new system of equal value, free of charge.
